Emerald Aire provides our residential customers with “Customer Assurance Pricing” or CAP.
What this means is we charge a reasonable $125 charge for our Service Technicians to arrive at your home and diagnose your problem. Once your problem has been diagnosed our Service Technician will give you a flat rate price to fix your HVAC system and you have the option to accept or decline this service. With CAP you do not have to worry how long the job will take using the outdated time and materials method. You are assured we will fix your problem for the quoted price with a 90 day warranty on parts and workmanship.

You may want to consider regular planned maintenance for your HVAC (Heating Ventilation Air Condition) system. Your furnace or heat pump needs regular planned maintenance just like your automobile. Keeping your filters clean and equipment clean will improve the performance of your equipment. Planned maintenance may be required to validate your manufacturer’s warranty. Emerald Aire gives our Residential Planned Maintenance Customers a 15% discount on all service repairs, a savings of $25 on a diagnostic charge, and you will never be charged for overtime.
