Emerald Aire has a complete in house sheet metal shop.
What this means to you is EAI has the capability of providing cost effective stock venting items and/or cost effective custom fittings, vents, flashing and artistic design specifics. For example, if you need copper vent hoods to meet the architectural aesthetic of your custom home project, EAI can accommodate your request.
We have highly trained shop personnel that can fabricate whatever you need for your residential HVAC project. This is accomplished with state of the art manufacturing equipment and a refined production process. This gives your HVAC project the strength and flexibility to handle unexpected surprises. For example, if you require a transition vent from a new furnace to an existing 100 year old venting system and it needs to bend around a supporting beam, Emerald Aire can make those modifications.
Because EAI is a Residential and Commercial HVAC/R contractor, we have the depth of experience, training and problem solving skills most residential HVAC contractors are unable to deliver. The EAI in house fabrication shop offers our fans with a more complete solution for your entire Residential HVAC project.
Emerald Aire makes extensive use of our
computerized plasma table. The dimensions and pattern of the parts
we fabricate are entered within a computer program. The program
optimizes the placement of each part in a pattern. This pattern is
then "burned" by the plasma table, thus producing flat sheet metal
parts needed for the project. With a little work, we have a fitting ready to be used. The plasma table allows us to consistently produce fittings in an accurate and cost effective manor,
a savings which is passed on to our fans.
