Cancellation and Return Policy.

Cancellation:
In order to cancel an online order placed with EAI, you must contact customer service within 24 hours of placing the order. We will do everything we can to accommodate your cancellation, as long as it has not been shipped.
When contacting customer service please be ready to provide your name, the order number and your contact information.
In the case that your item has not shipped, you will receive a full refund. Please note that if your item has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this instance you can return the item for a refund (less shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee).
Returns:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the date of purchase and are subject to a 10% restocking fee. All returns must be in their original package and in the same condition it was received. Damaged or defective items will only be accepted when accompanied by an authorization issued by EAI.
Damaged or defective items will be exchanged at no additional cost if you notify customer service within 24 hours of delivery. All items will be inspected for damage and defective properties upon return.

Orders@emeraldaire.com. The return authorization must be affixed to the package. Shipments without a return authorization will not be accepted.
