With full time mechanical engineers and CAD designers on staff skilled at producing drawings quickly and accurately, we have the capabilities to design your current project.
We not only have the ability to engineer your HVAC/R project, but also Value Engineer (VE) your project. All Emerald Aire projects are provided with stamped mechanical engineered drawings.

Estimating:
EAI has the experience to take your project from conception to completion. Our estimating engineers have an average of over 20 years HVAC/R experience. We utilize estimating software that is integrated into our accounting system to produce accurate job cost estimates. We have the knowledge to suggest alternative specifications to increase function as well as cost efficiencies.
