Warranty
New Equipment:
New equipment, accessories and services supplied and installed by Emerald Aire will be warranted against defect in material or workmanship for (1) year from the date of initial operation.
Repair & Service Work:
The work performed during a service call will be warranted against defects in material or workmanship for 90 days from date of services.
Ultimate Savings Club – Ultimate Savings Agreement:
The work performed during the Ultimate Savings Plan will be warranted against defects in material or workmanship for 90 days from date of service.
