John Ridge – Residential Operations Coach
Over the years John has worked his way from an installer to foreman to superintendent to project manager and now a partner at Emerald Aire. John, as Residential Operations Coach, oversees all of the residential projects, training of installers and overall success of each project. Over the last 30 plus years John has continued his education to keep on top of the ever changing HVAC industry.
Mark Howell – Home Comfort Specialist
Mark has been in the heating and air conditioning industry for over 35 years. Mark joined the Emerald Aire team in 2010. As Home Comfort Specialist, Mark will personally come out to your home and provide you with a knowledgeable friendly service to help you find energy efficient systems that both increase in-home comfort and maximize energy savings.
Debbie Hill – Service Dispatch
Debbie has been a part of the Emerald Aire team since 2009. As Service Dispatch, Debbie is responsible for scheduling and working with the technicians that work in your home to make sure you get superior service and quality work. Debbie’s attention to detail and knowledge assist in providing you with a great service experience.
Sarah Denherder – Project Coordinator
Sarah has been part of the Emerald Aire team since 2010. As Project Coordinator, Sarah is responsible for ordering, scheduling and coordination for each project. Sarah's dedication and teamwork are examples of the qualities that make this company the positive and successful place that it is today. Sarah’s knowledge and friendly customer service allow her to exceed the expectations to you, our valued customers.
